Orders will be sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery (from £3.50)
Large and heavy orders will be sent by Parcel Force or TNT
Next Day UK Delivery
An optional next day service is also available by Royal Mail Special Delivery (from £5.50)
Large and heavy orders will be sent by Parcel Force or TNT next day service.
Next day orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will arrive by the following Monday.
Next day orders placed over a weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

We offer a fast world wide delivery service to all countries by Airmail.
European deliveries from £6
US, Canada and Australia deliveries from £8
All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
If you are paying by cheque please allow an extra 5 days for delivery.

If you are a new customer then you are entitled to a 10% discount voucher that can be used with your first order, to get your voucher simply register and your voucher will be immediately emailed to you.

- Returns & Replacements

If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or a refund, please try to keep in original packaging with labels intact.
You must send the item back within 14 working days of receiving it. Please return goods in there original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all labels and case. Once returned we will issue you with a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
Please note: that in instances where free delivery has been given, if your returned items reduce your original order value to below our free delivery threshold, then we will deduct the delivery charge from your refund.
Faulty Items If goods you receive from us are faulty you will receive a full refund (including delivery charges) or a replacement (your choice).

Once you have placed your order you will be sent an order confirmation by email. You will also be able to return to our web site and login to your account.
From your account you will be able to track the progress of your order, view our invoices and past orders.- Updating Account Information
If you need to update your details simply login to your account, you will then be able to update your billing and delivery details.
