Shipping & Delivery

We strive to dispatch all orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday the same day whenever possible.

UK Delivery
Orders are sent by 2nd Class Recorded Delivery (from £4.20), delivery can be expected in 2-5 working days.
Large and heavy orders will be sent by HERMES.

International Delivery
We offer a fast world wide delivery service to all countries by Airmail.
European deliveries from £7
US, Canada and Australia deliveries from £12

All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

Returns & Replacements

If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or a refund, please try to keep in original packaging with labels intact.

You must send the item back within 28 working days of receiving it.

Please return goods in there original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all labels and case to the following address:

Nightie Night (Returns), 6 Comfrey Close, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 5YN.

Customer is responsible for return cost.

Once returned we will issue you with a full refund (excluding delivery charges paid by customer).

Please note: that in instances where free delivery has been given, if your returned items reduce your original order value to below our free delivery threshold, then we will deduct the delivery charge from your refund.

Faulty Items
If goods you receive from us are faulty you will receive a full refund (including delivery charges) or a replacement (your choice).

Please allow 14 days for your replacement or refund to be processed

If you have received a promotion or discount code please enter it into the relevant box when checking out.

Viewing Orders

Once you have placed your order you will be sent an order confirmation by email. You will also be able to return to our web site and login to your account.

From your account you will be able to track the progress of your order, view our invoices and past orders.

Updating Account Information

If you need to update your details simply login to your account, you will then be able to update your billing and delivery details.
